Simple to assemble pushfit fittings. Take care while making the joint to avoid leakage afterwards. Fitting to be kept free from dirt and debris before and during installation as it relies on a ‘rubber ring seal’ to form a watertight seal.
When a pushfit fitting is de-mounted from the pipe, the pipe should be cut back to behind the loaction of the fitting, incase the pipe has been scored during the de-mounting proces
